活血软坚散结法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

应用活血软坚散结法治疗子宫肌瘤46例，肌瘤体积平均缩小至39．4±64．6cm^3，比用药前缩小了41.02%（P〈0．05）。最多缩小164．3cm^3，用药期未见明显副反应，随访时间3—6个月，停药后临床症状与体征无明显变化。说明根据中医活血软坚散结法治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效满意。
