摘要
用柠檬酸配位燃烧法制备了尖晶石复合金属氧化物MnCo2O4,使用X射线衍射仪、傅立叶红外分析仪对其进行了表征,并进一步在固定床反应器中考查了该催化剂的催化氧化、还原NO的性能以及SO2的影响。结果表明,所制备的MnCo2O4催化剂呈现典型的尖晶石结构,在300℃,空速20000h-1时,NO氧化率可以达到30%,而NH3催化还原NO的效率可达99.5%,但SO2对其还原性能有明显影响。
MnCo2O4 complex oxide was prepared by citric acid-ligand combustion method.XRD and FTIR were used to characterize the structure of the complex oxide,and its catalytic performance for NO selective catalytic oxidation(SCO)and NO selective catalytic reduction(SCR) were investigated in a quartz tubular downflow reactor.Effect of SO2 on both reactions was also studied.Results showed that the prepared complex oxide MnCo2O4 was intact spinel-type crystal structures.At the temperature of 300℃ and a space velocity of 20000h^-1,NO conversion to NO2 over the catalyst yielded 30% and SCR conversion of NO with NH3 reached 99.5%.The presence of SO2 distinctly decreased the catalytic activity of SCR process over the oxide.
