摘要
本文通过对洛阳市重点高中两组长跑和两组立定跳远数据的分析,指出这些动态类指标在测试中受多种因素影响,所测试的数据不能客观、准确反映学生体能状况。现阶段不能用达标测试成绩评价学生的体能。应制定一个长期、有效、合理的达标制度,排除不利的干扰因素,才能正确评价学生的体能。
This paper, through analyzing the data of two groups of long distance running and standing long jump in key high schools in Luoyang city, points out that these dynamic indexes are influenced by many factors during the testing. The testing data can not reflect accurately the student physical fitness condition. At present stage, it can not be used as standards to test student' s performance. A long - term, effective and reasonable standards system should be set up in order to evaluate student's physical fitness correctly.
