科学发展观的提出是对人类社会发展认识的升华。牢固树立和落实科学发展观,深化普通高等学校体育改革,树立终身体育观念,建构和谐的体育教学生态和文化环境,是普通高等学校体育可持续发展的根本保障。
The proposal of scientific outlook on development is the sublimation to human society development. It is the fundamental safeguard for college physical education sustainable development in deepening college physical education reform, setting up lifelong physical culture idea and constructing the harmonious physical education teaching ecology and cultural environment.
