CBA制衡机制的现状和对策研究

Study on Current Condition and Countermeasure of Check and Balance Mechanism of CBA

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法探讨了职业篮球制衡机制的概念、功能,分析了CBA制衡机制的现状。结果表明:CBA有着广阔的市场前景,但面临着管理体制障碍、各俱乐部经济实力和运动水平的失衡的压力。提高与完善CBA制衡能力应从联赛的内、外环境建设和制度创新着手,主要是完善CBA联赛组织结构、市场主体(俱乐部)建立起合理的产权制度和治理结构,逐步建立起市场机制的决策机制;创新后备人才培养体系,完善转会规则;赛制规则的改进等。

Through using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper discusses the current condition, concept, function of check and balance mechanism of professional basketball. The result shows that CBA has broad market prospects, but CBA is facing the pressure of management of institutional barriers and the club economic strength and the level of imbalance. CBA should strengthen environmental construction and system innovation from internal to external to improve the check and balance mechanism, including the improvement on the organizational structure of CBA league, market players （clubs） establish a reasonable system of property rights and governance structures, and gradually establish a market mechanism of decision - making, create reserve personnel training system, improve the transfer rules and competition system.
