摘要
运用文献资料、调查研究等方法,分析了我国篮球竞技后备人才发展需要创新的主要制度要素,制度创新应着力于解决传统的三级训练网络中暴露出的问题,建立保障制度发展多元化后备人才培养体系,积极创新篮球竞赛制度,优化篮球后备人才输送渠道,合理引入市场机制来加强物资保障,探索建立科学的人力资本评估体系,依科学的评价制度监控训练质量,完善医疗保障措施,并保证教练员培训的落实,从而使我国篮球竞技后备人才的发展与世界水平保持同步。
Through using the method of literature review and investigation, this paper made a deep research on institutional innovation factors in sports reserve talent of basketball. The result indicates that institutional innova-tion should resolve some questions in traditional training system, ensure pluralism personnel training system, bring forth new ideas on competition institution, enhance talent transport, strengthen material guarantee with market mechanism, set up manpower capital evaluation system, control training quality with scientific evaluation and fulfill training basketball coach. Thus our basketball talent reserve are able to keep up with the world.
