摘要
根据凿岩过程中钎头进入溶洞卡钎区时推进压力的变化特征,提出了利用推进压力反馈自动进行防溶洞卡钎控制。通过对推进压力反馈自动防卡钎控制条件的研究分析,确定了自动防溶洞卡钎的计算机控制模型,并进行了防溶洞卡钎性能仿真计算和实验测试。理论分析计算和实验结果表明,计算机控制的防溶洞卡钎性能,优于纯液压控制的防溶洞卡钎性能;在三种防卡钎控制条件中,推进压力相对时间变化量的条件最好。
According to the variance feature of the feed oil pressure when drill bit coming into rockdrilling jamming area in hydraulic rockdrilling process, it was put forward that the feedback of the feed oil pressure can be applied to control rockdrilling antijamming. Based on the analysis of the control condition of rockdrilling antijamming by the feedback of the feed oil pressure, a computercontrolled model was established.
