采油污水除油专用浮选机的研制与应用 被引量:8

摘要 本文分析采油污水除油浮选的特点,讨论Wemco类型的浮选机里气泡细化的主要原因。讨论中把液流速度分为径向分量和圆周向分量分别进行分析。提出降低其叶轮叶片外缘线速度的观点。在这些分析以及过去研究选别矿石用的浮选机的经验的基础上研制出一套采油污水除油专用浮选机。它有四个有效容积为4.1m3的浮选槽,吸气量较高,可达1.4m3/m2·min,这时实际电耗为30kW。该浮选机气泡分散较好,槽内布气均匀、液面稳定,除油效果较好。 Features of floatation specialized in oil production sewage are analyzed.And main causes about bubble sliming in Wemco floatation machine are discussed. The radial and tangential components,of liquid-flow velocity were analyzed respectively.The view that reducing linear velocity of impeller blade edges is put forword.On the basis of analysis and experience from researching floatation machine for mineral processing previously,a set of floatation machine for deoiling of oil production sewage is developed,which has four floatation cells with 4.1m 3 of effective volume each. The aeration capacity is able to reach 1.4 m 3/m 2. min with actual power consumption of 30 kW.The machine has some advantages,such as scattered well bubbles,even distribution of bubbles in cells,stable liquid surface,and more efficient deoiling.
