改进引流方法行胰十二指肠切除术32例体会

目的总结支架内引流在胰十二指肠切除术中的优点。方法对32例行胰十二指肠切除术的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经32例的临床观察,效果满意,其中1例并发胰瘘,在短期内治愈,一例并发胆瘘,无一例死亡。结论胰肠、胆肠吻合口支架内引流术在胰十二指肠切除术中应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
