腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床护理

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法对本院337例胆囊疾病患者行LC,并采取相应的围手术期护理方法。结果所有患者均成功地施行了LC,无死亡病例,8例中转开腹手术。术后均恢复良好,腹部伤口一期愈合,1例出现心房颤动,1例胆总管残余结石引起黄疸,2例出现肺部感染,无护理并发症,均经精心护理后痊愈出院。结论重视心理护理、加强围术期护理、密切观察及预防术后并发症,可提高LC手术的成功率。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures of Laparoscopic choleaystectomy. Methods A told of 337 patients with gall-bladder disease in our hospital were performed lc and appropriate penoperative nursing was adopted. Results Au the cases of lc were successfully performed without deaths and 8 cases to open surgery were decided during the operalion Au the patients recovered well with wound healing （ 1 grade） of the abdominal wall But one patients experienced atrial fibrillation one patient remained stone in common bite duct arrousing icterus and two showed pulmonary infection No nursing complication was noted all the palients rewvered after careful nursing. Conclusion Pay atlention to psycho-nursing care perioperative nursing measures and postoperative observation of patients conditions can increase the succesful rate of lc.
