摘要
从苦皮藤(Celastrus angulatusMax)根皮中分离出4个具有杀虫活性的化合物,经高分辨质谱和核磁共振谱鉴定其结构为1α,2α,13-三乙酰氧基-8α,9β-二呋喃甲酰氧基-4β,6β-二羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(化合物1)、1α,2α,6α,8α,13-五乙酰氧基-9α-苯甲酰氧基-4β-二羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(化合物2)、1α,2α,6β,13-四乙酰氧基-8α-异丁酰氧基-9β-呋喃甲酰氧基-4β-羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(化合物3)、1α,2α,8β-三乙酰氧基-9α-苯甲酰氧基-13-异丁酰氧基-4β,6β-二羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(化合物4)。
Four flew sesquiterpene polyol esters with insecticidal activity against Mythimna separate were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angu/atus Max by bioassay-gnided fractionation. Their structures were assigned as 1 α ,2α 13-triaeetoxy-8 α, 9 α-dlfuroyloxy-4β,6β-dihydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuan ( Compound 1 ) ; 1α, 2α, 6α, 8α, 13-penta-acetoxy-9α-benzoyloxy-4β-dihydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuan ( Compound 2) ; 1α, 2α, 6β, 13-tetraacetoxy-8α-isobutyryloxy-9β-furoyloxy-4β-hydroxy-β- dihydroagarofuan Compound 3 ) ; 1α, 2α, 8β-triacetoxy-9α- benzoyloxy-13-isobutyryloxy-4β,6β-dihydroxy-β- dihydroagarofuan( Compound 4).
