摘要
植物胚囊在生殖过程(受粉受精)中发挥重要作用,其结构及功能具有特殊的极性。从植物胚囊极性表现、影响胚囊极性建立的因素以及研究植物胚囊极性的意义等方面概述了国内外近年来对植物胚囊极性研究的进展,为生殖生物学在植物胚囊极性领域以及生态学种群繁衍研究奠定基础。
The embryo sac of plants plays an important role in the reproductive process (esp. pollination & fertilization). The embryo sac of plants has specific polarity from the structure and function aspects. According to the studying data at home and abroad, the research progresses on the embryo sac polarity of plants in recent years were summarized from the respects such as the behavior of plant embryo sac polarity, the influencing factors of the establishment of embryo sac polarity. It laid the foundation for studying the plant embryo sac field of reproductive bi- ology and population multiply in ecology.
