A New High-yield and Good-quality Hybridized Combination Xinlongyou 1 with Disease Resistance of Hsien Rice

摘要 [目的]为安徽省杂交水稻新品种的选育与推广提供种质资源与技术支持。[方法]2003年冬用籼型不育系M98A与恢复系XR03003杂交,所得杂交水稻品种于2004年参加了安徽新隆水稻研究所进行小区鉴定试验,2005年参加中籼区试。[结果]在小区鉴定试验中,新隆优1号的单产为8.75 t/hm2,比对照增产8.10%;在中籼区试中,其平均单产为8.32 t/hm2,比对照增产5.66%;在中籼续试中,其平均单产为8.98 t/hm2,比对照增产8.00%;在生产试验中,其平均单产为8.41 t/hm2,比对照增产8.93%。在六安、滁州、宣城、芜湖进行的大区对比试验中,其平均产量分别为8.79、8.39、8.78和9.81 t/hm2,分别比对照增产6.77%、8.27%、9.53%和15.22%。新隆优1号属感温性组合,全生育期135 d,株高120 cm左右,有效穗255万/hm2左右,每穗总粒数160粒,结实率85%以上,千粒重28 g左右,糙米率为82.4%,精米率为76.0%,抗病性良好。[结论]该研究为新隆优1号的推广种植奠定了基础。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to supply germplasm resources and technical support for breeding and popularizing new hybrid rice varieties in Anhui Province. [ Method] The hsien sterile line M98A was hybridized with the restorer line XR03003 in the winter of 2003. The obtained hybrid rice variety was used for the examination of plants in plots carried out by Xinlong rice institute of Anhui in 2004 and the regional test on medium hybrid rice in 2005. [ Result] In the examination of plants in plots, the unit yield of Xinlongyou 1 was 8.75 t/hm^2 and it was increased by 8.10% in comparison with that of CK; in the regional test on medium hybrid rice, its average unit yield was 8.32 t/hm^2 and it was increased by 5.66% in comparison with that of CK; in the successive regional test on medium hybrid rice, its average unit yield was 8.98 t/hm^2 and it was increased by 8.00% in comparison with that of CK; in the production test, its average unit yield was 8.41 t/hm^2 and it was increased by 8.93% in comparison with that of CK. In the block contrast test carried out in Liuan, Chuzhou, Xuancheng and Wuhu, its average yields were 8.79, 8.39, 8.78 and 9.81 t/hm^2 resp. and they were increased by 6.77%, 8.27%, 9.53% and 15.22% resp. in comparison with that of CK. Xinlongyou 1 was a combination with sensitivity to temperature, its whole growth period was 135 d, its plant height was about 120 cm, its available panicle number per hectare was about 2 550 000, its total grain number per panicle was 160, its seedsetting rate was above 85%, its 1 000-seed weight was about 28 g, its coarse rice rate was 82.4%, its milled rice rate was 76.0% and its disease resistance was good. [ Conclusion] The research laid a foundation for popularizing and planting Xinlongyou 1.
