摘要
以盘架子、尾叶桉新鲜叶片的水提液(0.05 g/ml)处理薇苷菊水培插条12、36、48、72、84 h,以清水处理为对照,观察薇苷菊分生区细胞的形态,统计细胞有丝分裂指数及相对有丝分裂指数。结果表明,2种水提液处理的插条根尖细胞的分裂指数均低于对照,随着处理时间的延长,细胞分裂指数呈先下降后上升趋势,处理48 h时细胞有丝分裂指数最低;2处理对细胞形态的影响表现为多核和染色体凝聚。
The cutting of Mikania micrantha H. B. K was treated by water extract (0.05 g/ml) of fresh leaves of Alstonia scholaris and Eucalyptus rophylla, for 12, 36, 48, 72, 84 h, with the treatment by clear water as CK, the morphology of meristematic zone cell of M. micrantha was observed, and the mitotic index and relative mitotic index of the cells were statistieed. The results showed that the mitotic index of root tip cells of the cutting treated by 2 kinds of water extract were all lower than that of CK. With the delay of treatment time the mitotic index of the cells showed first decrease and then increase trend. The mitotic index of the cells was the lowest when they were treated for 48 h. The effects of 2 treatments on cell morphology manifested as polynucleation and chromosome condensation.
