摘要
[目的]建立藏药莪达夏多糖的提取和含量的方法。[方法]采用水提醇沉法提取,用sevag法等进行纯化,苯酚-浓硫酸法测定多糖的含量。[结果]回归方程A=0.013 12C-0.015 34,r=0.999 5,线性范围为5~38μg。莪达夏多糖的平均含量为0.69%,RSD=1.50%,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.86%(n=5)。[结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好,为莪达夏的质量控制提供了依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to establish the extraction and content determination of polysaceharide from Oxytropis fakate Bunge. [ Method ] Crude polysaccharide was obtained with water extraction alcohol precipitation method, Savag method was used to purify the polysaccharide, phenol-sulfuric acid was applied to determine the content of polysaccharide. [ Result ] The regression equation was A = 0. 013 12C -0. 015 34 (r = 0.999 5 ). The linear range was 5 - 38 μg. The average content of polysaccharides in O. fakate was 0.69% ( RSD = 1.50% ). The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD = 1.86% ( n = 5 ). [ Conclusion ] This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It provides basis for the mass control of O. fakate.
