摘要
[目的]研究剑叶金鸡菊挥发油的抗菌活性。[方法]用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取根、茎叶、花三部分的挥发油;滤纸片琼脂扩散法进行抗菌试验,并测其最低抑菌浓度MIC。[结果]3种挥发油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽孢杆菌均有明显抑制作用。[结论]该研究为剑叶金鸡菊进一步研究与开发利用提供科学依据。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the antibacterial activity of volatile oil from Coreopsis lanceolata L. [ Method] The volatile oil was extracted with water steam distillation. The antibacterial activity was evaluated by paper disc diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) method. [ Result] The three volatile oils had significant inhibition effect on Escherichia coli. , Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus mega. [ Conclusion] The scientific basis was provided for further research, development and application on Coreopsis lanceolata L. by this study.
