摘要
[目的]探讨蛹虫草在豆天蛾幼虫和蛹上的接种效果。[方法]以豆天蛾幼虫和蛹为寄主,进行蛹虫草接种试验,比较不种接种方法对豆天蛾幼虫和蛹感染虫草菌种的影响及接种效果。[结果]不同接种方法对豆天蛾幼虫和蛹感染虫草能力有影响。从感染虫草菌能力方面看,用浸过虫草液体菌种的洋槐叶饲喂的豆天蛾幼虫为寄主进行的接种试验的效果最好,其次为以放置在已经发满菌丝的固体培养基上并用洋槐叶饲喂的豆天蛾幼虫为寄主进行的接种试验;而豆天蛾蛹上接种的最佳方法为注射50μl的液体菌种。[结论]该研究为蛹虫草寻求廉价的寄主和工厂化生产提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss the inoculation effect of Cordyceps militaris on Clanis bilineata larva and pupae. [ Method ] C. bilineata larva and pupae were used as hosts for C. militaris inoculation experiment, and the influence of different inoculation methods on C. bilineata larva and pupae infected by C. militaris strain and the inoculation effect were compared. [ Result ] Different inoculation methods had influence on the capability of C. bilineata larva and pupae infecting C. militaris. From the capability of infecting C. militaris, the effect of using C. bilineata larva fed by locust tree leaves dipped in C. militaris liquid strain as hosts for inoculation experiment was best, followed by that of using C. bilineata larva laid on solid medium having mycelium and fed by locust tree leaves as hosts for inoculation experiment. While the inoculation method of injecting 50 μl liquid strain in C. bilineata pupae was optimum. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for searching low-cost host for C. militaris and C. militaris factory production.
