摘要 [目的]研究水分胁迫对朴树种子发芽的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液和不同含水量土壤对朴树(Celtis sinen-sis)种子进行发芽试验。[结果]结果表明,朴树种子的发芽率、发芽速度、胚根长、幼苗干重等发芽指标在轻度水分胁迫下有不同程度的提高,随着水势的降低,各项发芽指标相应降低。其总的趋势是轻度水分胁迫促进发芽,重度水分胁迫抑制发芽。朴树种子发芽的最适土壤含水量为35%,发芽的极限含水量为15%。[结论]该研究结果为南方喀斯特地区植被恢复提供理论依据。 [ Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the effects of water stress on seed germination of Celtis sinensis. [ Method] Germination experiments were tested using PEG liquid of different concentration and soil water content to handle the seeds of C. sinensis. [ Result] The results indicated that germination rate, germination speed, root length of seedlings, dry weight of seedlings were increasing at 5% PEG liquid, all indices were reduced with the water potential lowing at 10% -20%. The seed didn't germinate at 15% PEG liquid. The main tendency of germination was that low concentration PEG liquid could promote germination and the high water stress would restrain germination. The results of germination at different water content soil showed the best soil water content of seeds germination was 35% , and the re- sistant value of seeds germination was 15%. [Conclusion]This research will provide the theoretical references for restoring vegetation in karst area.
