表面麻醉下小切口白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术

Effect of small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation with topical anesthesia

目的:探讨表面麻醉下小切口白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果和优点。方法:70例83眼采用表面麻醉下透明角膜小切口白内障超声乳化术并植入折叠式后房型人工晶状体。结果:术后1mo视力>0.3者77眼。术中1眼出现后囊破裂,但人工晶状体顺利植入;1眼外伤性白内障人工晶状体未能植入;糖尿病患者2眼出现并发症。结论:表面麻醉下小切口白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术具有术程短、术后视力恢复快的优点。

AIM： To evaluate the clinical effect and advantage of small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens （IOL/ implantation with topical anesthesia. METHODS： Seventy cases （83 eyes） underwent small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL ira-plantation with topical anesthesia under transparent cornea. RESULTS： Postoperative visual acuity improved obviously after a month; visual acuity of 77 eyes reached to 0.3 or higher; posterior lens capsule rupture occurred in 1 eye in the operation; 1 eye with external injury and cataract could not underwent IOL implantation; 2 eyes of the patients with diabetes appeared complications. CONCLUSION： Small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation have the advantages of short operation time and quick visual recovery after operation.
