综合性科室眶颧复合体骨折的手术治疗

Surgical treatment for orbitozygomatic complex fractures in comprehensive section

目的:观察分析综合性科室(眼、耳鼻喉头颈外科)手术治疗眶颧复合体骨折的临床效果及优势。方法:从外观畸形、眼球突出、眼球活动、复视、张口受限程度及咬合关系6个方面进行手术前、后情况比较观察。结果:术后6个方面均有明显改善,功能恢复。结论:眶颧复合体骨折手术治疗效果满意,CT可确诊并指导手术,合并眼外肌嵌顿者需把握手术时机,综合性科室手术治疗更有优势。

AIM： To observe and analyze the clinical results and superiority of surgical treatment for orbitozygomatic complex （OZC） fractures in comprehensive section （ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery）. METHODS： We performed comparative observation on preoperative and postoperative statement from the following six aspects： abnormal appearance, exophthalmos, eye-movements, diplopia, mouth opening limit, abnormal occlusion. RESULTS： All the above-mentioned six postoperative aspects had significant improvement and functional recovery. CONCLUSION ： OZC fractures operation had satisfactory results, computed tomography （CT） could help to make a accurate diagnosis and guide surgery. It was necessary to hold the operation time for those combined with incarceration of extraocular muscle. There were more superiorities to perform surgical treatment in comprehensive section.
