Establishment of Animal Model of Radioactive Jejunum Injury

摘要 目的制作放射性空肠损伤大鼠模型。方法单次照射剂量5 Gy,每隔72 h照射1次,共5次。动物于最后一次照射后7天称重处死,取空肠福尔马林固定后石蜡包埋,HE染色,光镜观察。结果动物体重降低明显;模型组肠黏膜绒毛表面坏死脱落;粘膜下层变性明显;间质炎细胞渗出减少。结论5 Gy连续5次全腹照射可以制作满意的放射性空肠损伤大鼠模型。 Objective To make the model of radioactive jejunum injury in rats. Methods Single-dose irradiation was 5 Gy, another every 72 b. There were 5 times together. Animals was weighted and killed at 7 days after the last irradiation. The jejunum were taken and fixed by formalitY, then embedded by paraffin. Pathologic formation was observed through light microscope after the tissue was HE stained. Results The animal body weight decreased significantly. There were some changes in the model rats:the intestinal Villus necrosis off the surface, submucosa showed obviously swelling degeneration; sexudation of interstitial inflammatory cell reduced. Conclusions The model of radioactive jejunum injury in rats can be made Satisfaefiy through the whole abdominal irradiation at 5 Gy for 5 times.
