Based on the experiments carried out in Dongpang coal mine of Xingtai mining (Group) Co Ltd. on 4. 5～5. 0m thick coal seams by fully mechanized coal mining at one slice, the spread application of this experiment which resulted in higher productivity and higher efficiency. this article introduces and analyses the highly productive and highly efficient fully mechanized mining technology used for 4. 5～5. 0m coal seams.
