摘要
全尾砂胶结充填技术近十几年来在我国不断得到发展、完善，已在不少矿山推广应用。本文重点介绍了全尾砂高浓度、全尾砂膏体泵送、全尾砂高水速凝固化胶结充填工艺在凡口铅锌矿、金川镍矿、招远金矿的试验及应用情况。以及采用低廉材料替代水泥水胶凝剂，降低充填成本的情况。并对全尾砂胶结充填工艺的选择与应用提出建议。
Abstract The whole tailing cemented filling technique has acquired development unceasingly to perfection in our country for the last more than ten years,and there are quite a few mines has made extend application. This paper introduces with emphasis the conditions of experiment and application the technology of cemented filling on whole tailing high concentration, whole tailing paste mass pump up, whole tailing high water quick solidify in Fankou Lad - zinc Mine, Jinchuan Nickel Mine and Zhaoyuan Gold Mine,as the conditions of lower cost with the of cheap materials instead of cement water gum quick solidify agent . And put forward a proposal on the selection and application to the technology of whole tailing cemented filling.
