摘要
在充分利用海洋观测和卫星遥感资料的基础上,基于利用数值模拟和资料同化技术构建的南海30年(1976—2005)风、浪、流网格化数据,采用Weibull三参数极值统计模型,推算了南海深水区4个具有一定代表意义区域的风、浪、流多年一遇重现期极值,可为南海深水区油气开发工程的设计和管理提供参考。
Based on the oceanographic and satellite remote sensing data and using 30-year (1976-2005) grinded data of wind, wave and current which are produced by numerical models and data assimilation, we have calculated the extreme wind, wave and current for return periods in 4 typical deep water areas of the South China Sea by using the three- parameter Weibull distribution model. The results in this paper can provide us with the primary references for designing and managing the oil and gas development project in deep water area in of the South China Sea.
