摘要
在连续退火模拟实验机上对冷轧双相钢进行了退火镀锌工艺的模拟实验,在实验室制备了冷轧热镀锌双相钢DP780,利用光学显微镜、SEM、TEM和EBSD技术对其显微组织进行了观察和分析,并对其力学性能进行了检测。实验结果表明:试样组织为铁素体加马氏体岛的双相组织,并有少量的残余奥氏体存在。该钢板具有良好的综合力学性能,达到了DP780级别双相钢的性能要求。
In this paper the cold-rolled hot dip galvanized dual phase steel (DP780) was prepared in laboratory through continuous annealing hot dip galvanizing simulation experiments. The microstructure was observed and analyzed by optical microscopy, SEM, EBSD and TEM method. The mechanical properties of tested steel were also detected. The results of experiments indicated that the microstrueture was comprised of ferrite, martensite and retained austenite. The general mechanical properties are preferable, the tested steel satisfied the desired properties of DP780 class of these steels.
