摘要
在综合硅酸盐相图理论知识及大量国内外研究资料的基础上,着重研究SiO2、Fe2O3对保温冒口覆盖剂的导热系数、熔化温度的影响,以及膨胀石墨对冒口覆盖剂膨胀性和保温性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜分析了冒口覆盖剂高温烧结微观组织形貌及其保温机理。经综合比较分析,优选出一种适合大型铸钢件的保温冒口覆盖剂。
The influence of SiO2, Fe2O3 on the thermal conductivity, melting point of risers covering flux were studied in the paper and the effect of dilative graphite on expansibility and heat-insulating property were also investigated. The high temperature microstructures and the thermal insulation mechanism were researched by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based on comprehensive comparative analysis above, the riser covering flux for large steel castings can be optimized.
