原位反应生成TiB_2粒子及其对Al-Si-Mg合金力学性能的影响

摘要 通过向电解Al-Ti合金熔体中加入Al-B中间合金,制备了具有不同TiB2粒子含量的Al-Si-Mg合金。分析了这种原位反应法制备含TiB2粒子铝合金的可行性,并对制备合金样品的力学性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,电解Al-Ti合金熔体中的自由钛原子与Al-B中间合金溶解释放出的硼原子能自发反应生成稳定的TiB2粒子,且生成的TiB2粒子对合金的力学性能有明显影响。随TiB2粒子含量增加,Al-Si-Mg合金的强度虽有所下降但塑性却大幅度提高,综合力学性能有所改善。 The Al-Si-Mg alloys with different amount of TiB2 particle were prepared by adding Al-B master alloy to the melt of the electrolytic Al-Ti alloy. The feasibility of in situ reaction formation of the Al alloy containing TiB2 particle was discussed. And mechanical properties of prepared alloys were also investigated. The experimental results show that the free titanium atoms from the electrolytic Al-Ti alloy can react with the boron atoms from Al-B master alloy to form stable TiB2 particles in the melt, and the formed TiB2 particles have a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy. With the increasing of TiB2 particles, the strength of the Al-Si-Mg alloy is decreased, but the plasticity is increased significantly. And the comprehensive mechanical property of alloy is improved.
