Practical Research on the Corrosion Resistance Effect of External Pipe Prepared by Ductile Iron

针对铸管外观轨道印严重,加热炉烟气量小,沥青预热炉温度低、不均匀,沥青漆喷涂后,铸管外部滴流较多等缺陷,对加热炉的管式预热器、送风系统,烘干炉的进风口及保温系统进行改造,研究沥青漆的各项指标对铸管外观质量的影响,使管子外观质量明显改善。

Serious track seals exist in the casting pipes, and flue gas volume is quite small in the heating furnace. There are lots of defects, ie. trickles outside the casting pipes, after painting asphalt, because the pre-heated temperature of asphalt is low and inhomogeneous. The tubular preheater in the heating furnace, air supply system, air inlet in the drying furnace and the heat preservation system were renovated systematically. And the influence of various index on asphalt paint on the outside quality of casting pipes was studied, which is of great use to improve the outside quality of the casting pipes.
