摘要
以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为试剂,以碳化硅为增强体,钛酸丁酯为分散剂,正硅酸酯为修饰剂,控制亚胺化过程,制成聚酰亚胺复合材料;采用X-射线衍射、UV、傅立叶红外变换表征性能。结果表明,无机小分子在PI基体中成键良好、晶体机体结构分布正常、均匀,材料对紫外光有优越的吸收性能。
The polyimide composite materials is made of DMAC, SiC, tetraethyl or thosilioate, butyl titanate and blending by controlling the imidization process. Properties of the polyimide composites were characterized by XRD, UV-visible spectrum, Fourier transform infrared, The results show that the Inorganic small molecules is dispersed into PI matrix uniformly, and the composites absorption is very superior.
