摘要
某含锌铜矿床所生产的铜精矿中锌含量过高,且尾矿中锌未综合回收。本文通过现场正交试验,选择了铜浮选的最佳药剂制度,降低了铜精矿中锌的含量;通过对尾矿中锌浮选析因试验研究,获得了浮选锌的最佳药剂制度,在此基础上进行了闭路试验,结果表明,该矿浮铜尾矿中的锌完全有条件回收。
A copper-zinc deposit containing 1.36%Cu and 0.63%Zn was developed,but only copper was recoveried by using froth flotation,the zinc remained in the copper concentrates was high,and the zinc remained in copper flotation tailings was not recoveried as yet.The conditions for reducing zinc content in the copper concentrates and recovering zinc in copper flotation tailings were determined in this paper through using the multiple factors alignment test.The results show that zinc in copper flotation tailings can be recoveried by using defined flotation conditions above mentioned.
