摘要
目的比较不同类型错畸形的腭高度。方法采用三维测量仪精密测量60名正常(男女各30名)和四组牙型与骨型一致的错(ClassⅠ双颌前突,ClassⅡ1,ClassⅡ2,ClassⅢ,每组男女各30例)共240例患者的原始模型,比较任意两组之间的各个牙弓段的腭高度。结果腭高度总体趋势为:ClassⅡ2,ClassⅢ组腭高度小于正常,双颌前突和ClassⅡ1组,差异基本有统计学意义(P<0.05),前二组之间,后三组两两之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ClassⅡ2和ClassⅢ组腭盖相对低平,而ClassⅡ1组与通常认为的腭盖高拱的印象不一致,腭高度实际不高。
Objective To compare palate height among different malocclusions groups. Methods The models of 60 subjects with normal occlusion (30 males and 30 females) and 240 patients with four varing classified maloeclusions whose dental types coincided with skeletal types ( Class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion, Class Ⅱ^1 Class Ⅱ^2, Class Ⅲ, 30 males and 30 females in each group) were measured with three - dimension measuring machine, palate heights in different arch sections between any two groups were compared. Results The tendancy was that the palate heights in Class Ⅱ^2 and Class m groups were lower than that in Normal occlusion, bimaxiUary protrusion and Class Ⅱ^ 1 groups, the difference was significant in general ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference for palate height between Class Ⅱ^2 and Class Ⅲ groups, between normal occlusion, bimaxillary protrusion and Class Ⅱ^1 groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Palate vaults in Class Ⅱ^2 and Class Ⅲ groups were relatively lower and flat, but for Class Ⅱ^1 groups, palate vault was not so much high as commonly believed, palate height was not really high.
