摘要 目的探索一种新的正畸支抗方式"骨粘接体支抗"的组织学基础。方法自行设计两段式骨粘接体支抗,使用α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯在12只大耳白兔胫骨表面粘接骨粘接体支抗共45枚,分成术后2周、4周、8周组分别取标本制作HE染色片和骨磨片进行组织学观察。结果骨粘接体底盘周围有骨膜下成骨发生,新生骨未与骨粘接体底盘形成骨结合,而是包绕底盘形成"骨包埋",产生机械嵌合的固位力。结论骨粘接体支抗的最终固位力来自于新生骨包绕骨粘接体底盘的"骨包埋"所带来的机械锁结力,这是骨粘接体支抗的组织学基础。 Objective To study the histological basis of a new orthodontic anchorage system named "bone - bonding anchorage". Methods Forty - five self - designed 2 - stages bone - bonding screws were bonded to the surface of 12 rabbits'tibiae by the N -2 -butyl eyanoacrylate. HE staining and ground sections of the 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after bonding operation group were observed. Results There was subpeffosteal osteogenesis around the base of bone - bonding screw and bone proliferation and remolding beneath it. The new bones grew along the surface of the bone - bonding screw base and they had the base "bone - buffed" at 8 weeks after bonding. There was no osseointegration between the bone - bonding screw and the bone. Conclusion The retention force of the orthodontic bone - bonding anchorage came from the mechanical interlocked of the "bone - buried", which was the histological basis of it.
