摘要
目的建立肺部炎症、牙周病及两者相互叠加的实验动物模型,探讨两者的相互关系。方法30只昆明小鼠随机分两组,选取15只(A组)通过石膏粉鼓吹法建立肺部炎症的动物模型,建模后将A组小鼠随机分为3个亚组,通过钢丝结扎+高糖饮食3周、5周,叠加建立肺部炎症+牙周病模型:A1组(肺部炎症+牙周正常组)、A2组(肺部炎症+轻度牙周病组)、A3组(肺部炎症+重度牙周病组)。另15只(B组)同期正常饲养,通过与A组相同的方法建立牙周病模型,为B1组(空白对照组)、B2组(轻度牙周病组)、B3组(重度牙周病组)。结果A组:肺组织的病理切片炎症程度A3组>A2组>A1组,肺灌洗液淋巴细胞百分比计数A3组>A2组>A1组(P<0.05)。牙周组织的炎症程度A3组>A2组>A1组(P<0.05)。B组:肺组织的病理切片炎症程度B3组>B2组>B1组,肺灌洗液淋巴细胞百分比计数B3组>B2组>B1组(P<0.05)。牙周组织的炎症程度B3组>B2组>B1组(P<0.05)。结论石膏粉鼓吹加钢丝结扎+高糖饮食可建立小鼠肺部炎症及牙周病叠加模型。牙周感染可加重或引发肺部炎症,且牙周病越严重其合并或引发的肺部炎症越严重,但肺部炎症在短时间内不会引发或加重牙周感染。
Objective To explore the relationship between lung inflammation and periodontitis. Methods Thirty mice of Kunming specie were randomly and equally divided into group A and B. Group A was used the way of blowing gypsum for 7 weeks to establish the animal model with the lung inflammation. Group A was further divided into A1, A2 and A3 subgroups to establish the model with the periodontitis by the way of the steel wire ligation and the high sugar diet. Group A1 had the lung inflammation with normal periodontal tissue. Group A2 had the lung inflammation with mild periodontitis. Group A3 had the lung inflammation with heavy periodontitis. Group B was used the same way as the group A to establish the model of periodontitis and also divided into 3 subgroups ; group B1 as the control group, group B2 with mild periodontitis, and group B3 with heavy periodontitis. Results In group A, the inflammation degree which be indicated in the pathological sections of the lung tissue showed group A3 〉 group A2 〉 group A1 ; the proportions of the lymphocyte of the lung irrigation solution showed group A3 〉 group A2 〉 group A1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). The inflammation degree of the periodontal tissue showed group A3 〉 group A2 〉 group A1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). In group B, the infection of the pathological sections of the lung tissue showed group B3 〉 group B2 〉 group B1 ; the proportions of the lymphocyte of the lung irrigation solution showed group B3 〉 group B2 〉 group B1 ( P 〈0.05). The infection of the periodontal tissue showed group B3 〉 group B2 〉 group B1 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Blowing gypsum and steel wire ligation and the high sugar diet can be used to establish the animal model of the lung inflammation with periedontitis. The periodontitis can aggravate or lead to the lung inflammation, the more serious periodontitis was, the more serious lung disease.
