摘要
介绍了MN-5阳离子絮凝剂的研制理论依据,为解决选煤厂因煤泥水中细泥表面电位高,高灰细泥难以积聚问题,对反复合成试验后研制出的有机复合阳离子絮凝剂进行相互增效和吸附量测定、不同pH值时电动电位ζ等特性研究,证明了该絮凝剂是一种煤泥絮凝沉降效果很好的高效药剂,在选煤厂煤泥水处理和环境保护中取得了明显的经济效益和环境效益.
The theoretical basis for development of a cationic flocculant, MN-5, is described. To solve the difficult problem of settling down the fine slime with high ash content and high surface electrical potential in a coal preparation plant, repeated tests were made to develop an organic cationic compound flocculant and to study the characteristics of the flocculant, such as , improved effectiveness of the agents, measurement of absorption and electric potential, ζ,at different pH values. It is proved that this agent is highly efficient for settling down the slime by flocculant. It has brought about remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
