MRI Features of Lung Cancer with Pancreatic Metastasis

目的探讨肺癌胰腺转移的MRI表现特征。资料与方法对经病理和临床随访证实的8例肺癌胰腺转移患者的MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果6例转移瘤为单发,2例为多发。所有病灶在T1WI上均呈低信号(n=15),T2WI及脂肪抑制上呈稍高信号(n=14)或高低混杂信号(n=1)。病灶均呈轻度强化。结论肺癌胰腺转移的MRI表现常为轻度强化的单发结节,有一定的特征性,但定性诊断需结合临床资料综合分析。

Objective To discuss the MRI characteristics of lung cancer with pancreatic metastasis. Materials and Methods Eight cases with pancreatic metastasis of lung cancer confirmed by pathology and clinical follow-up were analyzed retrospectively. Results The pattern of pancreatic metastasis involved solitary lesion in 6 patients （6/8） and multiple lesions in 2 patients （2/8）. The lesions showed hypointensity （ n = 15） on T1WI and hyperintensity （ n = 14） or hyperhypointensity （ n = 1 ） on T2 W1 and T：-SPAIR. All the lesions showed slight enhancement. Conclusion The lung cancer with pancreatic metastasis usually presented as solitary lesions with slight contrast enhancement. Because of the limitation in the evaluation of lung cancer with pancreatic metastasis on MRI, definite diagnosis of lung cancer with pancreatic metastasis depended on combination of clinical and MRI data.
