MRCP结合MRI诊断小胰腺癌

The Value of MRCP and MRI in the Diagnosis of Small Pancreatic Carcinoma

目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)及MRI在小胰腺癌诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的21例肿瘤最大径≤3.0cm的小胰腺癌患者的MRI及MRCP表现。结果21例小胰腺癌中,脂肪抑制T1WI呈低信号18例,等信号3例;T2WI呈略高信号15例,等信号6例。增强扫描,动脉期所有病灶均表现为不强化或强化不明显低信号;MRCP显示胆总管扩张13例,胰管扩张21例。结论MRCP结合MRI扫描对小胰腺癌的检出和诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the value of MRI and MRCP in diagnosing pancreatic carcinoma. Materials and Methods 21 cases of patients with pancreatic carcinoma proved by pathology underwent MRI and MRCP. Scan techniques included T1WI with or without fat suppression,contrast enhanced T1WI sequence and MRCP technique. Results Of all the 21 cases, the lesions showed hypo-intensity in 18 cases and isointensity in 3 cases on T1WI with fat suppress, In contrast enhanced sequence, all the lesions showed hypo-intensity without or with only slight enhancement during the arterial phase. On MRCP, dilated common bile duct depicted clearly in 13 cases,and dilated pancreatic duct showed in 21 cases. Conclusion MRCP and MRI could play an important role in the detecting and diagnosing of the small pancreatic carcinoma.
