摘要
分析了含金矿石常规浮选时金在磨矿-分级回路的损失原因,根据湘西金矿沃溪选矿厂磨矿-分级回路中金的分布情况,提出了闪速浮选工艺,确立了闪速浮选的流程结构.根据小型试验室试验和工业试验研究,指出闪速浮选是强化粗粒金及含金硫化矿及早回收、大幅度提高金回收率的有效工艺.在湘西金矿磨矿-分级回路中引入闪速浮选工艺,能提高金回收率3.1%。
おn this paper, the reasons why gold and sulphide minerals are lost in tailing by using conventional flotation are analyzed. The flotation structure and separation conditions of gold ore of Xiangxi Gold Mine are studied, and the princles of improving flotation recovery of gold and sulphide minerals, based on flash flotation are proposed. It is shown that flash flotation is an effective technology to intensify early recovery of coarse gold. When flash flotation was arranged into grindingclassification circuite in Xiangxi Gold Mine, the gold recovery was increased by 31%.
