应用ITS-2基因对小熊猫源恶丝虫虫种的鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨采自小熊猫的恶丝虫虫种的分类地位,测定了四川雅安地区犬源犬恶丝虫和成都及重庆两地小熊猫源恶丝虫的核糖体第二内转录间隔区(ITS-2)基因序列并进行了比对分析。结果显示,犬源犬恶丝虫和小熊猫源恶丝虫与来自中国台湾、印度的犬恶丝虫的ITS-2基因序列的同源性高达98.0%-100%。同时,构建的NJ树和MP树均显示不同宿主和不同地区的犬恶丝虫和小熊猫源恶丝虫聚类形成一个支系。表明,小熊猫源恶丝虫应为犬恶丝虫,而前苏联学者定名的小熊猫恶丝虫应为犬恶丝虫的同物异名虫种。 In order to clarify the taxonomic status of Dirofilaria sp. of Ailurus fulgens, the second internal transcribed spacer (ITS-2) of rDNA of Dirofilaria immitis from dogs in Ya'an in Sichuan Province and of Dirofilaria sp. from Ailurus fulgens in Chengdu and Chongqing were sequenced and compared. Homology analyses showed that the identity levels at nucleotide of ITS-2 of D. immitis from Ya'an, Chinese Taiwan, India and Dirofilaria sp. from Chengdu and Chongqing were ranged from 98. 0% to 100%. Phylogenetic trees constructed by NJ and MP methods also revealed that the Dirofilaria sp. and D. immitis clustered together. The results revealed that the Dirofilaria sp. represented D. immitis and D. ailure appeared to be synonym of D. immitis.
