初级运动区脑瘤手术前后功能区变化的BOLD-fMRI评价 被引量:3

摘要 血氧水平依赖对比功能磁共振成像(BOLD—fMRI)对初级运动区(Primary motor cortex,M1)术前定位具有重要的参考价值,利用BOLD—fMRI对脑肿瘤患者手术前后M1区的变化进行对比观察,有助于了解脑肿瘤手术前后功能区的情况%[1]。本文通过手运动BOLD—fMRI.观察1组不同性质和级别的脑瘤患者手术前后M1区激活情况的变化.评价fMRI对脑瘤手术计划制定和疗效评估的价值。
