摘要
以TiCl3为源物质,制备了纳米级TiO2粉末材料。通过差热分析(DTA),X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等实验手段研究了不同温度下烧结的TiO2的形态和结构。结果表明,采用这一工艺在300℃烧结就可获得纳米金红石型TiO2,在800℃烧结其尺寸达100nm左右;形貌分析表明,制备的金红石晶粒常见形态为单形。
Nanoscale TiO2 powder materials were prepared using TiCl3 as a source matter. DTA, XRD and TEM were adopted to study the morphologies and structures of TiO2 sintered at various temperatures. The nanoscale rutiletype TiO2 could be easily obained by sintered at 300 ℃, the crystal diameters reached about 100nm when sintered at 800 ℃. The morphogy study showed that the rutile crystals prepared were simplex.
