硫化铅锌精矿烧结混合料制粒性能研究

摘要 硫化铅锌精矿烧结焙烧过程中氧位的高低是决定烧结机脱硫率和烧结饼产量大小的必要条件,而烧结混合料良好制粒效果的取得是实现高氧位烧结的前提之一。本文主要针对韶关冶炼厂所使用的各种原料,采用多种现代测试手段,详细研究各种原料理化特性对其静态和动态制粒性能的影响,揭示原料特性与混合料制粒性能及料层透气性之间的关系,为进一步强化混合料制粒、提高烧结机产量打下良好基础。 \ Enough oxygen potential is essential for increasing desulfurizing percentage and sintering throughput during sintering roasting of zinc and lead sulfide concentrates High oxygen potential sintering depends on effective pelletizing ofsintering mixtures The effect of main physicochemical properties of various raw materials from Shaoguan Smelter on their static and kinetic pelletizing behaviour was revealed The relationship among the properties of raw materials, micropelletivity and bed permeability was demonstrated All of these would lay the foundation for strengthening micropelletization of sintering mixtures and promoting the sintering rate \
