铝闪蒸槽过料管磨损的探讨与对策

摘要 平果铝业公司氧化铝高压溶出技术系从国外引进,一年多的试生产证明,这套技术的引进是成功的。但在试生产过程中,溶出工序闪蒸槽过料管的磨损速度过快,妨碍生产的正常进行,影响氧化铝生产的经济效益。本文通过对料浆特性和磨损机理的分析,指出料浆不溶物中高硬度、形状无规则的磨粒是使磨损过快的主要原因,并提出改善过料管结构形式,适当提高材料硬度,稳定工艺控制参数的对策,以减小过料管的磨损。 The high pressure digestion technology for Pingguo Alumina Refinery was imported from abroad.The quick abrasion in the flow pipes of flash tanks in the digestion unit affected seriously the normal production and its economic efficiency.Through analyzing the nature and abrasive mechanism of the slurry,it was found that the quick abrasion in flow pipes was caused mainly by insoluble and shapeless particles with high hardness in the slurry.Some improvements on the structure and materials of flow pipes and keeping steady technical operation for the digestion unit were put forward to avoid the quick abrasion.
