摘要
对制备泡沫铝增粘过程中,在不同搅拌电压和加入MnO的条件下,搅拌扭矩随时间的变化进行了研究。熔体铝中加入钙、镁增粘剂的搅拌扭矩表现出与时间相关的特性。增粘过程产生的金属间化合物对粘度的作用不容忽略。低的氧化程度和采用较高的搅拌电压对得到高质量的泡沫铝是非常重要的。
The relationship between the stirring torque and time with different stirring voltage and adding MnO in process of increasing viscosity for producing foam Al has been investigated. The results showed that the stirring torque of the molten Al added Ca and Mg has the relativity of time. The effect of intermetallic compound CaAl 2 on the increasing viscosity should not be neglected. It is important for good quality of foam Al that high stirring voltage and low oxidation in the process are adopted.
