摘要
运用数理统计方法,对抽查方案特性及其OC曲线进行了分析,指出了抽样检查时因样本的代表性和抽样误差产生的两种错误判断。运用这一方法分析了硬质含金(物理力学性能、金相组织结构)大批检查和外观尺寸精度抽样检查方案的合理性及科学性,讨论并分析检查批被接收的概率以及生产方和消费者承担风险的大小。
The characteristic of sample survey plan and its OC curve is analyzed by mathematical statistics. Two incorrect decisionsare glven because of the repre sentative and errors of sampling during the sample servey. Rationality and science of the sam-pling plan of cemented carbide (pbysics property, microstruct ure) lots s urvey and external sizing is analyzed. The probabilityof the received sampling lots,producing method and customers' assuming the risk are also discussed and analyzed.
