摘要 血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在肾脏主要由足细胞产生^[1]。VEGF可增加血管通透性,促进内皮细胞增生和血管形成,调节滤过膜机械屏障,在肾脏病进展中有重要作用^[2]。p38丝裂原蛋白激酶(MAPK)是细胞内重要的信号转导系统,
