摘要
采用示差扫描热分析仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉伸试验及热循环试验系统研究了影响TiNi形状记忆合金(SMA)弹簧热循环应变恢复率的因素。结果表明,贫镍TiNi合金弹簧比近等原子和富镍TiNi合金弹簧有较小的最大切应变(γm)和较低的热循环应变恢复率(η)。γm取值越大,TiNiSMA弹簧的η衰减越快。预先热循环可增强SMA弹簧热循环应变恢复率的稳定性。
The influence factors of thermal cycling recovery rate in TiNi shape memory alloy( SMA) coil spring were systematically investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), tensile test and thermal cycling test. The results showed that, the maximum shear strain( γ m) and strain recovery rate ( η ) of thermal cycling in Ni poor TiNi alloy coil spring are smaller than those in near equiatomic and Ni rich TiNi alloy coil springs; the larger the γ m is selected, the faster the declining rate of η in TiNi SMA coil spring will be; the stability of the strain recovery rate of thermal cycling in TiNi SMA coil spring can be enhanced by pre thermal cycling.
