社会资本在社区治理中的功能分析——以社区治理“失灵困境”现象为视角

Analysis of Social Capital’s Function in Community Governance——From the Angle of Malfunction Dilemma

从"治理"概念的本质涵义看,社区治理与社会资本之间具有着天然的契合性。近年来我国社区建设过程中社区治理"失灵困境"现象的存在,其中一个很重要的原因就是社区内社会资本的缺失与分布不均。在研究社区治理问题时,有必要从培育作为社会资本的认同感、人际互信、平等交换规范和公民参与网络入手,来推进社区治理与社会和谐。

From the essential meaning of ＂ governance＂, community governance is naturally corresponding to social capital. The important reason of malfunction dilemma in community governance is lack of community social capital. So it is necessary to cultivate sense of identity and trust ; norm of give and take ; ways of civic engagement, and promote the construction of community and a harmonious society.
