黄芪颗粒对哮喘病儿外周血淋巴细胞及细胞因子的影响

Effect of radix astragali particles on peripheral blood lymphocytes and cytokines in children with asthma

摘要 目的:主要研究黄芪颗粒对急性发作期哮喘病儿临床疗效、外周血淋巴细胞及细胞因子水平的影响。方法:将急性发作期哮喘病儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组哮喘病儿在给予常规治疗的基础上加服黄芪颗粒,对照组采用单纯西药治疗。检测治疗前、后病儿外周血CD4、CD8、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和白细胞介素12(IL-12)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较CD4+上升,CD8+下降,CD4+/CD8+升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组IL-4较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),IL-12明显上升(P>0.05),与对照组比较IL-4、IL-8差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪颗粒能有效调节哮喘患儿T细胞亚群和细胞因子,较好的辅助治疗小儿哮喘。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and effect of radix astragali particles on peripheral blood lymphocytes and cytokines in children with acute exacerbation asthma. Methods: The children with acute exacerbation asthma were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group were treated with conventional therapy and radix astragali particles, while control group were treated with Western medicine only. The levels of CD4, CD8, IL-4 and IL- 12 were detected before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. After treatment, compared to control group, the level of CD4^+ and CD4^+ / CD8^+ ratio increased, the level of CD8^+ decreased in treatment group (P 〈 0. 05) ; in treatment group, the level of IL - 4 after treatment was lower than that before treatment (P 〈 0. 01 ), the level of IL- 12 reversed (P 〉 0.05 ), but there was no difference in the levels of IL - 4, IL - 8 between treatment group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Radix astragali particles can regulate T cell subsets and cytokines, which is a good adjunctive therapy for children with asthma.
