手术治疗糖尿病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病之一，其中2型糖尿病占85％左右。全球2型糖尿病的患者在1．5亿以上，而且其患病率逐年增加。糖尿病的慢性并发症是造成患者致死、致残的重要原因。目前治疗2型糖尿病的常用方法，包括控制饮食、加强运动、口服降糖药物、使用胰岛素等，但均不能保证患者血糖恢复正常水平，也不能避免各种并发症的出现和进一步加重。
