人工肝支持系统治疗乙型重型肝炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of artificial liver support system in treatment of severe hepatitis

目的:观察人工肝支持系统治疗乙型重型肝炎的疗效。方法:选取乙型重型肝炎患者76例,治疗组33例患者进行了41次血浆置换,对照组43不用人工肝支持系统进行治疗。结果:治疗组在临床症状、肝功能、PT、PTA等指标的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组生存率与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:药物联合人工肝支持系统治疗乙型重型肝炎,给肝功能恢复与肝脏的再生创造良好的内环境,同时还降低病死率,提高生存率。

Objective：To explore the effect of artificial liver support system （ALSS）in treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods ：76 patients with severe hepatitis were selected.33 patients in the treatment group were received ALSS for 41 times,and 43 patients in the control group were no received ALSS.Results：Liver function,PT,PTA and other indicators of the treatment group were improved better than those of the control group （P〈0.01）; the survival rate of the treatment group had significant statistical significance compared with the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Drug combined ALSS for treating severe hepatitis creates a good environment of liver function recovery,liver regeneration and reduces the mortality improvs survival rates.
